Newly updated and large well-appointed ranch style home on a beautiful cul-de-sac street in a well-maintained neighborhood. Recently remodeled and furnished throughout and tastefully done, the home features a spacious king bed master bedroom with a 40 inch HD Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The second guest room features a queen bed. The third guest room is for all the kids as this room has a full/twin/twin combo trundle bed and is able to sleep up to 4! This room has a computer desk with wifi notebook computer and printer to print boarding passes. Bonus - this room also has a 32 inch Smart TV with Sony Playstation for the kids, doubtless that they will love it.
Both the guest rooms share a full cabana bath with an exterior door to the pool. The home is fully supplied with quality bedding, pillows, and linens. The laundry area is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, because everyone enjoys ironing while on vacation. The family room and living room have 60 inch and 48 inch High Def Smart TVs respectively. While there is no cable or Comcast service hooked up, the TVs are smart internet connected so Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO at Home streaming services may be available through your own subscription. There is also a Roku streaming device, Blue Ray DVD player/video library, and Bluetooth soundbar to listen to music from your laptop or smartphone. There is no land telephone line in the house.
The well-appointed kitchen features full appliances and an easy access pass-through window to the covered patio and pool deck. The outside patio has a comfortable casual furniture set with loveseat, club chairs, tables, and chaise lounge chairs for poolside sun. Also available poolside is a 4 seat table and propane grill ready for your fresh catch. The professionally maintained in-ground heated pool is the perfect way to relax after a day on the golf course. There's an attached 2 car garage with space available for your car and Harley while the driveway is large enough to fit your center console or your Prevost RV.
Included in the garage is a pressure washer to rinse down your boat after its been in the salt water. High speed WiFi, full security system, beach cruiser bicycles with locks, Pack N Play portable crib, high chair, infant car seat, pool toys, some snorkle equipment, beach chairs, insulated drink coolers, board games, skimboards, and boogieboard are also available for your use.
