The pool deck has a nice enclosure which allows you to keep the double doors open in the family room area to create a seamless flow from the kitchen to the pool area and grill station. The laundry room on the first floor has brand new washer and dryer. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds and a large open floor plan to relax, watch movies and a fully equipped full-size bathroom with dual vanity sinks. Upstairs, you will also find a workspace. The house is a smart home with Alexa automation, thermostat, ambience lighting and Sonos music system. It has 75" to 80" HDTVs with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Roku streaming.
The oversized kitchen island with modern quartz counter tops, which can easily accommodate over 5 people to mingle and enjoy a nice dinner.
