This house consists of four bedrooms, One master with King bed and private bath, 2 bedrooms with two twins each that can be arranged as split kings or separate and additional King bedroom. New chef ready kitchen with induction cooktop and espresso maker. The space is 1400 soft and driveway can fit 2 cars. Washer and dryer is available for use and tankless water will provide unlimited showers for everyone. We take pride in our soft organic linen and down bedding. We offer free wifi and Hulu LiveTV. All the basic amenities you will find in a 5 Star hotel room as well as ambient noise machines. 4th bedroom available for 7-8 guests. The location is two walking blocks from the best restaurants and shops in Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue with shuttle service on the avenue. Entire outdoor space is private and surrounded by mature tropical landscape, a large outdoor dining area, and a relaxing hammock.

Our neighborhood is as close as you can get to the restaurants and shops of Atlantic while staying in a residential house. Due to the proximity to the commercial and tourist area as well as to the rail track expect some noise. (the train cross all of southern Florida's best downtown areas but will not wake up even light sleepers at night)
We kindly ask that you use your best and most respectful behaviors and care for our place. it serves the guests after you. if there is any issue please report it so we can make sure the following guests receive %100 ready living space. if you get caught smoking or bringing a pet you will loose your deposit and we reserve the right to cancel your stay.
