Large, cozy upstairs has 2 well-decorated queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and a full bath, plus sitting area. Main floor has handicap accessible, very large bathroom, king bedroom w Roku tv, queen lakefront bedroom with deck off of it (Accessed through King bedroom) . Walkout basement separates into 2 parts. The 'man cave' has a Smart TV for video games and movies, 2 queen beds, and 3 single mattresses. Very sound proof for the teenagers who wish to keep later hours than the adults. Other half of the basement contains partial kitchen with 2nd fridge, large Roku tv, roomy half bath, and walks out onto the cement patio to the lake.
Whether you are looking to watch the children hunt for sea shells, enjoy the lake side fire pit on chilly evenings, fish off the edge of the property, or spend time playing cornhole and yard games, this home has it all.
