The house doesn't have any wall connected to other residences and it is entirely for yourself and your guest(s). It is closed to the Port of Palm Beach, City Walk, and the beach.
The space
As soon as you open the door you see the welcoming living room with an open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The bedroom and bathroom are just a hallway away.
Living Room: There are two comfortable sofas to laid back and watch your favorite shows in the 50" Smart TV. or just relax. There's a sofa bed for an extra guests to sleep in and an ottoman with extra storage.
Kitchen, Dinning, Laundry: The kitchen makes you feel like you are at home. You have everything you need to prep and cook all your meals. There is a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, between others. Also, there are pots, cutting boards, knives, forks, spoons, glasses, plates, etc... There's a dining table were you can sit and dine with your guests. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen as well.
Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed. There is enough storage between the large walking closet and the dresser with a mirror where you can check out your outfit. There are two windows that allow lots of natural lighting. There is also a 46" Smart TV.
Bathroom: It's right in front of the bedroom after passing a linen closet. It is spacious and has a bath tub.
