Interior features an open concept highlighted by a lighted entertainment center featuring a 65" TV, remote controlled electric fireplace/heater with color flames that can be changed to fit your mood. The main bedroom with king bed, has a sliding door accessing the lanai/pool area. The main bath with separate double sinks, large soaking tub, and separate shower/water closet separated from bedroom by french doors. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom/den features a queen sofa sleeper and love seat and 55" TV. The second bath features separate sink and shower facilities with access to the lanai/pool area. The open kitchen features all new Samsung appliances, wine/beverage mini refrigerator, all cooking and eating utensils. Counter tops and island are granite, with 4 bar stools, and table/4 chairs for dining. Bed linens, bath & pool towels will be cleaned and replaced on a weekly basis.
