Waterfront house and we rent by the room or by the level only during off season and on the public side with a two story dock and large beach. This is a room rental and all guests share kitchen. Only two rooms on the main level and lower level uses kitchen as well. Both levels have their own entrance. Each room has a door key on a hook to lock your door if you would like. On the main level you have use of the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment area, large deck and gazebo overlooking the lake. Kitchen has two large refrigerators with freezers and an ice maker and small beverage refrigerator.All baking ware needed and every utensil, gas stove, toaster, mixer, blender, microwave, pantry area, Weber grill on deck.Hot and cold water dispenser. Plenty of parking. Three kayaks and one paddle board and boat house has full electric and life vests, raft, surf board, noddles. Tons of lounge chairs on dock and beach. WiFi is fiber optic high speed and all TVs stream. Dock has a tie down area or a boat lift depending on size of boat. There is an entrance prior to the main eneteace to the house you can park trailersinsde my fence line not on the ramp or at the boat ramp.all skis park on the beach and there is stakes to tie off the ski. We require on room rentals that you wash sheets and dry and put back and as well as all bathroom towels and mats and all dishes and trash is taken. This is so you don’t have to pay a cleaning fee and by level is 125.00. They do come and sanitize the comforters pillows and levels. If you would rather pay the fee please advise when booking so can update the cleaners.
