Two sides of water frontage and this home boasts the most exotic resort private pool in all of Marathon! Extra Tiki Hut which houses two hammocks for those lazy days of lounging and napping.
Outdoor entertainment area right next to the pool. Swim up to the bar with seats and views of the grilling area. This is Paradise!

This lot has a wrap-around dock which is ample for boats or jet skis 80 ft of dock on one side and 143 ft on the other side.
Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Ocean access is possible through the 3-mile bridge or Vaca Cut.
The main floor of this home has a large living area and has open floor plan with soaring ceilings. Plenty of room for entertaining family and friends, The kitchen is large and features granite countertops and upgraded stainless-steel appliances to include an island with seating, large open spaces, and a dry bar entertainment area with Open water views.
Bedroom Description The expansive master suite has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath. There is a junior master on the main level also with a queen-sized bed and utilizes the hall bath. TVs in each bedroom.

There is a maximum of 6 including all children that is allowed by the City of Marathon.
