* Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.

9.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $75 to guests for the first call-out.
