Both game rooms have a refrigerator and stereo. We have over 500 sq feet of covered outdoor living area. There is over 1400 sq feet of game rooms, and a few of the TV's in the home have 20,000 games on them. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with 2 optional ADU’s. For groups over 10, there is an ADU behind the house, and this has a Full bath, TV, fridge, and coffee bar. For groups of 14 or more, there is a second ADU with King bed in loft (over 400 square feet counting loft). This ADU has a TV, coffee bar, fridge, microwave, and full bath. To be clear, this property is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with optional ADU's. See pics! Private gated ranch on acreage, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Parking for up to 20 cars. Heated 7.5’ x 12’ Swim Spa and a separate Hot Tub! There is a Hot Tub and a Swim Spa, Soccer goals, Foot ball throwing game, Ax Throwing game, Volleyball, Pin Ball, Frisbee golf, Skee Ball, Two 8' Foot Pool Tables, Darts, Volleyball, Arcade Games, 2 Ping Pong tables, Golf putting game, Cornhole, Air Hockey, Indoor Bball game, Shuffleboard, Three BBQ grills (Propane, Charcoal BBQ, and a Pellet Smoker), dumb bells, 2 fire pits, Hammock, Corn hole, & weight bench. Poker & Blackjack Table. Each air conditioned game room has a refrigerator, to keep those drinks cold. We have a nice fenced back yard, and you will often see a family of long horn steer just on the other side of the fence (we have a picture of one of them above the fire place, and guests have sent us some great pictures of them). 7 Smart TV’s! Watch TV from the Hot Tub! This gated Property sits on 4 acres, 5 minutes to Golf Course with Grill, 18 miles to the Stockyards, and less than 5 minutes to restaurants. About 8 minutes to Walmart. The Brooks wedding venue is about 11-13 minutes away.
There is a optional Kayo S200 2 Seater Side by Side. The rate is $900 for the 2 Seater Side by Side, with a 3 night minimum. Please ask about availability. Must sign liability release and wear all safety gear. There is also a $500 deposit, that is fully refundable, assuming no damage to ATV. We require advance notice.
