Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just minutes from the airport, downtown Salt Lake City, and the mountains, you will be conveniently located if you are in town for a convention or skiing. The basement couch area has a futon couch fold down (but isn't ideal for sleeping or very comfortable for use as such) but * could sleep a kid.
The upstairs has a great living room that is cozy and has a tv on the wall.
The kitchen is off this room and there are barstools at the counter.
The kitchen is stocked and ready to allow you to prepare some simple meals.
There is a bathroom on each level, so your group are not all fighting over the bathroom.
As you walk out the backdoor you will see the outside hangout area, lots of shade trees and a zero scaped yard with bark and outside seating.
There is a hot tub that you are not sharing with anyone. There will be a $75 charge if the hot tub water is in very poor condition after your stay. By following these hot tub rules, all guests will be able to enjoy a clean hot tub during their stay!
We allow (2) small dog (under 50 lbs) and you agree to: $25/night per fee added to booking total. Zero impact pet policy (meaning you will not leave sign a dog was on-site upon departure, you don’t allow dogs on furniture or rugs or in bedrooms, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your dog. Your dog will go outside on a leash only to the front yard.
