Located on the 1st Floor, spacious, within minutes away from Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, and tons of Fine Dining, Starbucks, approximately 25 minute from AT&T stadium where the cowboys games and concerts are held. Enjoy keyless entry via August app, so there is no need to get keys and drop off keys. If you are a golfer, there is Coyote Ridge Golf Course to play. Legacy Hall in Legacy West is a place to check out too, also The Frisco Star, just off Dallas North Tollway. I hope you enjoy this home.
The space
Pricing per night includes all amenities such as shampoo & conditioner, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc. Entire 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment, with a single car garage (large enough to park a full sized truck in it). Entry through the front door with “August” App. There are NO STAIRS to climb; the entire unit is on the first floor, so this unit is perfect for anyone who is in a wheelchair and needs a handicap accessible space (keep in mind, there is a unit above mine, which means there could be noise that I am truly unable to control). Full-Size Energy Efficient Washer & Dryer. The property is located on a popular Golf Course, called Coyote Ridge and there are two parks to play on if bringing children with you. Neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of uncovered, non-reserved parking in this gated community. There is a ramp sidewalk up to the front door and a handicap space approximately 45-50 feet from the front door. It’s located in Carrollton, right off of Hebron/121, and is only 15-20 minutes from DFW airport. Centrally located, so you just get on the highway and can get to all the nightlife of Plano or Frisco within 15-20 minutes, and 30-40 minutes from downtown Dallas. If traveling to the Dallas Zoo, this is about a 30 minute drive, depending on the time of day and if you take a toll road.
Guest access
Golf Course separates the properties; making 2 with the same name. Pool on property; however both pools are not heated and only opened for swimming during the summer months, so if you are visiting during the months of October-April, they will most likely not be warm enough and it is closed. Hot tub (open year round) and larger pool near main office (you do not need a key fob to enter this area if driving by car; just enter the gate code and walk through the gate around to where the pool area is). Kids playground at the park across from Hunt/Hebron. There is lots of parking that is unassigned in addition to the private entry attached garage; however, it is located in a gated community in a very safe neighborhood! There is a dog course on property that was recently built near the entrance & fitness center. Since new owners have purchased the property and changed the name, you do not need a key fob to enter the gym; however, main gate entry works with entering a code. The fob was just an added convenience for the gym and walking through the gates. It just so happened to also work on the entry gate, but not a necessity.
***IMPORTANT***
Please note, the pool is being re-plastered and repaired currently, as of June 1, for 6-8 weeks. This is temporary; however, I have another option for my guests that will NOT affect the access to a pool during your stay.
Other things to note
You will need to download the August App, to get in the front door; create a free account and I will add you during your stay if you wish. Your Bluetooth must be on in order to use it & you need to be standing at least 10’ from the front door. It will allow you to have access to unlock the front door during your stay with your smartphone. It really helps to make the check-in process easier, so another reason why guests love staying here.
