Summary: I have been here numerous times. Our room this time was very warm, to the point of being humid. There was no fan in the bathroom which was very disappointing. We did have to turn on the AC but it would cycle on and off and would not keep the room very cool. All that would not have made us leave a 2 star review if it wasn't for the staff. We were very disappointed with the staff this time around. At check in the woman who "helped" us out was very rude, just not a good attitude whatsoever. But quick to smile and laugh with her coworker and the minute we walked in she was nothing but ill mannered. At the pool when the time came for it to be closed we did not get a warning or anything to let us know it was time to leave. All they did was shut off the lights completely. I understand the pool has set hours AND same goes with breakfast. As soon as 10 a.m. hit they close the doors to the food area, again with no prior notice or anything. Like I said I understand there are set times for things but I also understand courtesy, like last call??. I will definitely think twice about coming here again...
