The home accommodates 16+ guests and provides an affordable and comfortable way for a large group to stay together in one private home instead of booking several separate hotel rooms. Guests can prepare meals, relax in shared spaces, enjoy the large private yard and fire pits, and spend time together in a comfortable residential setting. The home is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac about six miles north of Hershey Park. Hershey attractions, restaurants, shopping, and major roads are conveniently accessible from the property. The home includes fast fiber Wi-Fi, streaming TVs in all bedrooms and the family room, convenient parking, and self check-in. The home does not provide cable television. The smart TVs use guest access for streaming services, and guest account information is automatically deleted at the end of the scheduled stay. The owner may stay in a separate RV on the property. The RV is not connected to the rental home. Guests have exclusive use of the house and designated guest areas. The owner respects guests’ privacy. There are no separate fees for normal use of the home and its ordinary amenities. A Tesla home charger may be available for an electricity charge of $0.22 per kWh. Please contact Eric before arrival if you would like to use it. Non-Tesla vehicles must bring the appropriate adapter. Please note that the basement and garage are not part of the rental. The home does not have a pool, hot tub, dedicated game room, or guest washer or dryer. Checkout instructions are intentionally short and reasonable so guests can enjoy their stay without a long chore list.
