The Space:
These two apartments are on the first floor of Eden Brae, and they share access to the front porch of the house. You'll love the various gathering spaces, both indoors and out. The front porch boasts a comfortable sectional and a cozy dining set, overlooking the property's tranquil heron fountain. Inside the two apartments, you will find comfortable and stylish areas. The larger apartment is the jewel of Eden Brae, featuring a stunning chef's kitchen and a dining room with seating for 12. The living room of the larger apartment offers plenty of room for your group to spread out. This apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom has two full-sized beds. All feature comfortable memory foam mattresses. The second apartment offers one bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and one bathroom.
Guests will also have access to the outdoor amenities of Eden Brae, including the hammocks, screened outdoor dining room, and natural gas grill.

Guests have exclusive access to both apartments. In addition, they share access to the property's outdoor amenities -- hammocks, natural gas grill, outdoor bar, foosball, cornhole and screened outdoor dining room -- with other guests.
The Neighborhood:
Eden Brae is on Cliff Road, between the popular neighborhoods of Forest Park and Highland Park. While you are with us, be sure to venture out into the neighborhood. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis!
Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Open to the public, it is very easy to play a round of golf or a game of tennis during your stay. With amazing course conditions and incredible views of the city skyline, the Highland Park golf course is beloved by locals and visitors alike. Play 9- or 18- holes or enjoy the driving range. Tee times are easy to book online, in person, or by phone. If tennis is your sport, you are in luck. The Highland Park Racquet Club is next door and easy to access. Clay courts and hard courts are available for single or doubles play.
If you are in the mood for something more relaxed, the church around the corner has a beautiful public stone meditation path. Rushton Park, one of the three parks lining Highland Avenue, is just a couple of blocks away. A favorite among locals, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a pretty day. Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. All are easily accessibly by bike or by car/Lyft/Uber.
