The Space:
Our apartment brings historic charm and modern upgrades that blend together perfectly to create a unique experience unlike anything else in the city. This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lincoln! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There is even free Wifi! Please note that their are stairs located in this suite that lead to the bedrooms.
A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. While there is no parking included with this stay, there is metered street parking available. There are also parking garages located close by but we cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our suite is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, close to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). This suite is situated near the historic Haymarket Square and West Campus. This location provides walkability to most major academic and entertainment areas. Lincoln is home to a wealth of museums and cultural attractions like The University of Nebraska State Museum, The Sunken Gardens, and The Museum of American Speed, plus so much more. The city has an active and vibrant atmosphere. Are you into sports? Memorial Stadium is a short walk away. Is food your thing? Hit local favorites like The Green Gateau, Vincenzo’s Ristorante, Lazlo’s Brewery and Grill - just a few of the many eateries to choose from during your stay. There will be no shortage of things to do while you make your way through Lincoln, Nebraska.
Getting Around:
StarTran is the mass transit system in Lincoln. Buses provide transportation to destinations throughout the city and the outlying area as well. Your best bet for getting around is by car. Having your own car gives you the freedom to travel where you want and when you want. BikeLNK is Lincoln's bike share program, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to rent a bike or a pedal-assist electric bike to travel throughout the city. Bike rentals are also available from the UNL Outdoor Adventures Bike Shop on a daily, weekend, weekly and semester long basis. Choose from single speed bikes, mountain bikes, and touring road bikes. Whether you prefer to use the Bus, rideshare through Lyft or Uber or rent a bike to get around town, you'll get to where you need to be.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
