Complete, stocked kitchen. Centrally located, 10-15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and most spots of interest. No parties. Primary renter must be 30 years old. Not suited for small children under 10. Let waves lull you to sleep and wake up to beautiful ocean vistas!
The space
The home is three bedrooms, two full baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, master has deck access with large sliding glass door. All rooms have ceiling fans and lights. Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, double oven, cooking utensils, glassware and quality lucite barware for outside.

Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of the garage. You will have access to washer and dryer only. We ask that you please respect our belongings there.
