Summary: For some strange reason we were put in an accessible room which shouldn’t really make a difference BUT the doors of the closet had been removed which meant movement switched lights on and disturbed the other person. And TBH the bathroom wasn’t great, and a valve failed on the shower which meant we had to go to the gym to get a shower to get out in time for our days activity. After this they switched us to a normal room which was fine. There was not much on offer for dining. Arrived early evening from a full 24 hrs travelling to be told we needed to book to get a drink in the bar… Definitely needs less designer shops and more facilities for guests. In all I think this property is trading on the Fairmont brand and disappointingly does not live up to it.
