Summary: Room had no amenities, put me all the way in the back on the third floor knowing i had a service animal, Room very neglected, no trash cans outside to put dog bags, cigarette butts outside everywhere, staff very unfriendly, No breakfast like any other hotel, they have stale muffins, no regular coffee creamer, and when asked if they had any they were rude. place is not being cared for nothing in the kitchen except one dish towel. I have stayed at an extended stay before and it was 100 times better than this one. Sad the staff just does not care, because this Hotel is in a nice area, and should be up to the standards of the area. My honest review is not even a 2 star hotel.
