Summary: The first room we were given, the bed was turned upside down, where the pillow top side was against the box spring. I informed the front desk and their reply was "there is no one that can flip the mattress for you here, can't you just do it yourself?". We were able to move to another room after convincing them that we could not sleep on a mattress that had the spring side up. In the new room we killed about a half dozen roaches within the few days we were there. The carpets and walls were stained and nasty, the sink fixtures were loose. If it wasn't an emergency, there is no way we would have stayed. They also charged $28 PER DOG, PER DAY. With 2 dogs, that's more than the room charge.
