Eagle’s Nest Duplex is a dramatic, four story, luxury duplex with magnificent three level sweeping vistas and open lake front decks and patios. This exquisite home is configured for optimal use by large groups and extended families. The entertainment amenities include with extra-large cable TVs in the game room and in the family room. The highspeed internet will keep you connected, or Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Pool Table, or Video Games will let you disconnect.
This magnificent duplex has the exact same configuration on both sides. The two sides are connected via the yoga room on the third floor or via the connecting decks overlooking the lake.
There is abundant sleeping space for 36 guests. Each side of the duplex has a spectacular master bedroom, six additional bedrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, a spacious game room, a large comfortable family room, boat docks, large covered decks, spacious outside grounds, and a custom designed bar area.
The first floor on each side has a CUSTOM DESIGNED BAR area that is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives. With ice maker and wine cooler there is no reason to go thirsty while overlooking the lake through oversized windows and sliding doors. These doors lead out to the breathtaking lake decks. This is absolutely the finest view on Lake Harmony. The two oversized bedrooms on this floor are both queens and there is a full bath. The more active members of your group will enjoy the entertainment equipment provided. One side has a full-size shuffleboard table and a regulation pool table, the other side has a ping pong table and a 40-game video console, or they can match skills on the dartboard or ring toss set.
Located on the main entrance floor on each side is a large family room, a gas fireplace, and the most comfortable furniture you could imagine for watching the oversized LED Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfect for large families with its spacious granite countertop breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with all upgraded cookware, a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining area has a CUSTOM DESIGNED solid wood table with matching seating for 20 that is situated to take advantage of the views of the lake. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, each with an attached full bath. This is the perfect setup for a grandparent of loved one that does not want to do a lot of stairs. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The third floor on each side of the duplex has the spectacular master bedroom with breath-taking lake views, and a unique attached bath that features a large two-person rain shower. The laundry is located on this floor consisting of a washer and a drier. This floor also has a large full bathroom and two bunk rooms. Each bunk room has two bunk bed sets, each set is a twin over twin and a pull-out trundle.
The Eagle’s Nest Duplex occupies the most dramatic location on the lake, so naturally the outside area is designed to take advantage of this unique opportunity. There is plenty of seating on the sweeping two level decks or you can sit down by the lake on the lawn to enjoy the sunsets. The manicured lawn area has a fire pit on slat slaps, and it runs down to the water, where the two large boat docks provide space for sunbathing and swimming in total comfort.
You may never want to leave this fabulous location but if you do Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are less than 2 miles away, and there are several water parks in the area.
