Separate dining room seats twelve and outdoor dining area seats eight. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. First floor bedrooms and bathroom are tucked in the back allowing privacy - one with a queen bed and one with two twins. Second floor has master bedroom with temurpedic king bed, second bedroom with two twins and hall bathroom. House also comes with laundry, outdoor shower, gas grill, ping pong table, beach chairs and more.
In addition to beaches within walking distance of 1/4 mile, nearby there are municipal tennis courts, farm stands, winery, historic commons and public access golf courses nearby, 30 minutes to historic Newport.
No dogs or other pets permitted.
Arrival is 4pm on first day of rental, and departure is 10am on day following last rental day
