The first floor has 2 bedrooms with all new furniture and mattresses, a full bath, an office for remote studies and a game/family room.
The second floor has the great master bedroom with direct access to the second full bath. The second floor also has a fully equipped, brand new kitchen with a charming breakfast area and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. Utensils and kitchenware includes dishes, pots, pans, cups, mugs, glasses and wine glasses. All new for your convenience. The dining area has an oversized table that seats 12 comfortably. The living area with a large designer leather couch is great for spending quality time on cozy evenings with family and friends. The living room opens up to the furnished wraparound deck and hot tub.
