Farm style house with modern accents and off-street parking for up to three cars. This home is located a short drive to several trending areas in northeast DC such as Union Market, Ivy City, and Brookland. The neighborhood has a suburban feel to it with a large park nearby. The National Mall is about 3 miles from the home.
The space
This is the perfect place where you can come home to after a long day from visiting museums and monuments to a sparkling clean place. The kitchen is complete with items needed for preparing your own meals. There is private parking for three cars and a 30' x 30' backyard, where you can grill or read a book before bed.
***Before renting our home, please note quiet time starts at 11:00 PM when using the backyard, and no parties allowed.***
The main level of the house has a living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The 2nd floor has one bedroom. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer - feel free to use them, of course!
The house has a full kitchen for your own cooking and snacking needs, along with some basic kitchen supplies, including glasses, dishes, mugs, bowls and utensils, pots and pans, and complimentary coffee.
The house also comes with a high speed WIFI connection and smart TVs for your streaming TV needs.
What we provide: clothes racks, iron, towels (wash clothes are NOT provided), linens, and hairdryer.

- THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Please be advised that if any take place or if there is any damage incurred to the property, the reservation is subject to immediate termination and the cleaning/ repair costs will be applied to your deposit and/or damage claims will be submitted to you, depending on how comprehensive the damages are.
