DESCRIPTION
Creekside House has an relaxing, lodge-like ambiance with a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully updated bathroom. A European-style heat pump/AC unit keeps the house cozy in cooler months and cool in warmer months. Two bedrooms will accommodate a total of four guests. The terraced backyard features a paved patio, gas’s grill and fire pit, and overlooks a wooded garden and gurgling creek.
Located in the northeast Seattle neighborhood of Bryant, Creekside House is within two miles of the University of Washington, Husky Stadium, the UW Medical Center, Seattle Children’s Hospital, I-5, the 520 Bridge, Magnuson Park, and Seattle’s premier outdoor shopping and dining center, University Village. The Sandpoint Metropolitan Market and View Ridge PCC Natural Market are each a five-minute walk from your door.
