POOL ACCESS: The Marsh Hawk community has only five “4-villa” structures. Villa 1-D occupies the nearest building to the pool, which provides poolside furnishings, grilling area, and restrooms. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Follow Retreat Beach Circle toward the ocean past lake and saltmarsh vistas and past the traffic circle fountain where directly ahead (to the left of the tennis courts) are the resort’s oceanfront common-use parking area and sundecks for beach access. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restroom facilities.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. Capture saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life.
