Guests have full private access to their tiny home and deck. You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including a communal fire pit and expansive open yard. The property spans 18 beautiful acres with a private hiking trail that winds up through the woods and down into the field. Feel free to stroll the grounds, relax on your deck, or gather around the fire pit with fellow guests.

The crew is mindful of guests and has been reminded to keep noise to a minimum, especially in the mornings. Work does not occur every day, but on occasion, you may hear activity such as light construction or siding work during daytime hours.

Weather-related events, such as temporary power outages or service interruptions, can occasionally occur during storms or due to unforeseen incidents (like fallen trees or transformer issues).
