Welcome to this beautifully remodeled South Hill Craftsman home—your cozy Spokane retreat just minutes from downtown and Manito Park. Enjoy coffee on the charming front porch, then unwind in one of two spacious living rooms, each smart TVs and fast Wi‑Fi. The open living/dining space flows into a chef’s kitchen with island bar seating, plus butler’s pantry and laundry set. With 4 bedrooms, 2 updated baths, a second living room lounge downstairs, and a fenced courtyard with outdoor dining BBQ, it’s perfect for families (sleeps 6). Keyless entry, hypoallergenic, no pets. (Courtyard is shared with carriage house tenant.)

We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
