This home's location right on Western Avenue gives you easy access to all nearby towns, particularly Kennebunkport which is only two and a half miles north. Explore the scenic hiking trails just over a mile south at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, or hit up the greens of Webhannet Golf Club just two miles north. You can even walk just over a half-mile away to Parsons Beach where you can spend your summer days sunbathing and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. A tidal river meets the ocean nearby where you can spend a day fishing. There is a trolley stop for the Shoreline Explorer in front of Shorelands that travels up and down the coastal communities including Wells, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, York, and Sanford, so explore the surrounding area with ease.
