Both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai offers comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day of fun. This beautiful home comes complete and includes a 2 Bikes, 4 seater Gas golf cart, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses along with use of all recreational areas & clubs.
