Fabulous 3/2 (YES 2 bathrooms - most in area only have 1) bungalow. All the luxury of home, such as tempur-pedic mattresses, luxurious sheets, big fluffy towels, fast WiFi, you name it. The backyard is an oasis. We have a pickleball court (yes, a court!!) a relaxing pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining table that seats 8, a pergola that hosts a comfy seating area & a Blackstone grill. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen and the cozy family room is adjacent to the kitchen, so no one is left out while cooking. The main bath was recently remodeled and features a walk in shower with a Euro door. The master bath was also remodeled and features dual sinks. Each bedroom has a TV and Tempur-pedic beds. Delray Beach is in a gentrification area. Our Street (SW 7th Street) is one of the nicest (safest) streets in Delray with many updated homes and just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and the beach!
