Fantastic Ocean front views from this nicely equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Ocean view Master with comfy king bed, full ensuite bath and large walk -in closet. Ocean view guest room with comfy queen and remote elevating head. There is NO POOL at this time but expected completion 6/2026. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. Auto drip and Keurig coffee makers for your preference are supplied. Location is easy and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, 7-11 is across the street. It is a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral where you can watch the big cruise ships or/and watch the rockets soar from NASA/Kennedy space center. Also, great viewing from the beach at property.
This Corner unit has all the views from kitchen, living, dining and both bedrooms. Balcony is large and overlooking Ocean and pool. Pack n play is available for infants. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. There is one designated parking spot under front canopy for you, #32. Small dogs are allowed, under 35 lbs. with 25.00 per day pet fee. Pets must be free of fleas and on leashes when not in unit. please pick up after your pet and please keep off furniture. NEW electronic lock system to all building exterior access doors. Note: IMPORTANT: UPDATE FROM HURRICANE NICOLE:
On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit hard by Hurricane Nicole. The seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result, the entire back portion of our building grounds had to close and has to be rebuilt. There is still no pool, but bids are being gathered, and designs are in the works. There is now new beach stairs, and beach access from the building. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this!
There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May2025 (Hallway ceilings are completed!) all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience. I will update as progress is made. commencing pool will begin 9/8/2025 with undetermined completion date.
