*COMPLEX AMENITIES: Assigned Parking, Outdoor Communal Pool, Outdoor Communal Charcoal Grill
*PARKING: This complex requires parking permits for each vehicle parked overnight. Only 2 Permits total are allowed per unit and only (1) Permit is included in the booking. If you need a 2nd Permit, you will need to let our office know at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. The Permits will be inside the unit on the kitchen counter at arrival.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered, and the fee of $150 per pet, paid prior to your arrival. Be sure to keep your pet(s) leashed at all times, and pick up after pets accordingly. Any damages caused by your pet, or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register/pay the pet fee, can result in being fined and/or evicted.
