The Boho Carriage House has just completed her glow up with a full gut renovation that provides a fun, modern, vintage, eclectic vibe and captures the unique artsy energy of Fayetteville. Located just 10 minutes from the Marburger Antique show and 12 minutes from Round Top.
THE SPACE
Boho Carriage House is located behind Bohemian House (a restored 1856 home also available for rent) just one block from the Fayetteville town square where you can walk to our enchanting shops and restaurants. Enjoy a lovely outdoor meal with friends in our charming dining space. Enjoy re-connecting by the gas fire pit and have a little fun playing cornhole in our private fenced backyard.
Boho Carriage House accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, full bath, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room couch folds out into an additional bed with a provided mattress topper as well as a blow-up queen-size mattress for additional guest. We provide "all the things" to make your stay comfortable from a full-length mirror to personal fans for each guest. Your kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals including the original and recently restored cast iron kitchen sink and vintage inspired fridge. Coffee maker is a Keurig! Relax after a long day of antiquing in our restored original cast iron tub. Boho Carriage House offers a fun vibe with unique decor and and photo wall complete with neon sign. She is a smart home with automated locks, hi speed wifi, flat screen tv's with streaming services, Nest thermostat, brand new central heating and air, and freshly renovated bathroom and kitchen.
You will love the small town charm of Fayetteville and the close proximity to the epic Round Top antique festival. Enjoy escaping to the country year round to unwind and slow down.
The Boho Carriage House shares a private back yard with Bohemian House which accommodates 8 guests. This fully renovated space can either be combined with the Bohemian House or rented separately.
Guests will be provided with smart lock door code prior to check in. Guests will have access to the entirety of Boho Carriage House with private entrance and onsite parking for TWO vehicles. Any other vehicles will have to park on the Town Square one block away. Guests will have access to the large backyard and amenities which are shared with the Bohemian House (also available to rent).
Part of the charm of Fayetteville is the small town vibe. We do have an active train that rolls through town from time to time.
