Summary: Somebody prior was smoking in the room where we cleaned the room, which was perfectly clean, but the window was wide open. Its 33° room is freezing. Also, the hot tub was not hot at all not even Luke warm basically the pool in the hot tub were pretty much the same temperature I was looking forward to the hot tub all day and then it’s just lukewarm. Very disappointing.

Summary: Somebody prior was smoking in the room where we cleaned the room, which was perfectly clean, but the window was wide open. Its 33° room is freezing. Also, the hot tub was not hot at all not even Luke warm basically the pool in the hot tub were pretty much the same temperature I was looking forward to the hot tub all day and then it’s just lukewarm. Very disappointing.

Summary: Our room was clean. The bed mattress was not very comfortable. The shower was missing the shower curtain, but they promptly brought that and installed. When I open the refrigerator, the pan underneath the freezer part sprayed water all over. They defrosted, but they forgot to come back and finish. But they were very quick to remedy everything.

Summary: 1) Lady at checkin was not freindly, might say rude. 2) No elevator was on second floor with steps hard for elderly and luggage. 3) Roon 206 ceiling had rain leak damage. 4) Something gross stuck on window. 5) trash bag over smoke detector. 6) TV would not start called for assistance and lady rude again at front desk. 7) Pool was out og use some PH issue? 8) Trash on right side of bed we pickedup and threw away. 9) Beds were so hard like sleeping on boards. 10) Breakfast biscuits were dry and couple day old. 11) Strawberry jelly was Orange and smelled sour vinegar. Was not happy at all and would not recommend.

Summary: The best thing about the stay was Rosa, I believe she is the manager. She was awesome despite having staff that was subpar. The first room given was gross but she was quick to try to fix it. She gave us a new room. When staff didn't show up to make breakfast she, despite working until midnight, quickly made breakfast. From what I was told the housekeeping staff didn't come in either. The lobby was clean and so were the halls. The grounds around the hotel were decent. It is fairly conveniently located around restaurants and if you need basics

Summary: The bathroom was clean. The lamp shades were filthy to the point of being almost gross. The bedside table had something sticky on it. The bed was comfortable. The towels were soft. The pillows were hard as a rock. Some of the furniture was very stained but the microwave was brand new.This area is very limited in hotel availability. Overall it had some nice points but needs a little more care.

Summary: The attendant at the front desk was quite rude when I arrived at 1:30 and kindly asked if I could check in. She simply stated for $50. I said really even if my room is ready? She said "For $50" She could have easily stated it in a more customer service friendly fashion by saying. "I'm sorry but the hotel policy required me to charge an extra $50 for any early check ins." I was instantly soured by her attitude. Later after I checked in, this same clerk was training a new desk clerk and had (3) guests waiting at the front desk to check in. I walked by and overheard her reprimanding this new person about having a drink behind the counter and ordered her to dump it out. This could have easily waited until there were no guests present. It was really unprofessional and down right stupid. The clerk she was training check me in earlier and was kind and professional. She had no trouble taking care of my needs and even tried to assist carrying my luggage upstairs once we realized there was no elevator present. The room itself must not have been occupied for quite some time as there was a ring of dirt on the inside of the toilet. The bed had a long dark hair in it and I'm not sure if the sheets were never changed or the hair belonged to the maid service. Other than these things, the hotel was fine. The pool was very clean and the breakfast decent. Not really much hot to eat but waffles and the same biscuits and gravy were served both Saturday and Sunday.
