This beautiful home is located just minutes away from the University of Notre Dame, downtown South Bend, and the best restaurants, shops, and golf courses (ask me for recommendations)!
We can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably, making it the perfect house for small group getaways, attending the big game, golf outings, business travel, etc!
The house is elegantly decorated with modern and brand-new furniture! Enjoy our comfy queen size beds, beautiful leather sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and back patio area while you relax in South Bend!

- Dogs are allowed at property and there is a maximum of 2. Please use pet cover on beds or couch. Cover is located in cabinet under TV.
- The smart TV includes apps- guests will use their own logins.
- No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
