Welcome to West Palm Beach!!! West Palm Beach was rated in top 20 as one of the best walkable cities in US. The atmosphere is unique and the property is conveniently located close to the most amenities city has to offer.
The house is kids friendly and guests with disabilities will feel comfortable too, there is no steps in the whole house since its a 1 story home. There is a HEATED SALTWATER POOL at no extra charge with sunbeds and chairs. Also I have pool alarm and patio door alarm installed for those who travells with kids. There is a computer desk, high speed internet with WIFI available at the property so you can work while on vacation. The property is located on a 10 000sqf lot with a garden which have different fruit threes (Avocado, mango, orange, lemon, soursop, ackee etc). There is also private playground, double garage, cable tv, 1800sqf of space and tiles throughout the whole house. THE HOUSE IS a 3 bedroom 2 bath and has its own laundry in the garage, dining room, living room, florida room, screened inn patio and SALTWATER HEATED POOL. There is 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, walk inn closet and ensuite bathroom with a tube. Second bedroom has a big window, queen size bed and a tv with cable. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with bunk bed and a trundle. In Florida room (Family Room) there is a sofa/futon which transforms to a nice and comfortable king size bed or 2 twin beds. 5 minute walk to a local park, and a lake. 10-15 min from the beach 15 minute walk to a train station ( Mangonia trirail station ) which can take you to Miami international airport. 10 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach.
