Enter home on the ground floor where you will find the Office/Guest Bedroom 2 and a two-car garage. Office/Guest Bedroom two equipped with large desk and fully stocked book shelves. Full bed accomodations available upon request. The two-car garage is available for guest use and can accomodate 1 car. On the main level (second floor) you will find the living room, kitchen, and dining nook in a open floor-plan design. The dining nook seats 4, with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The well-stocked kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a large pantry to stock up on lots of food. Small appliances include a Vitamix professional blender, slow cooker, coffee pot, tea kettle, french press, coffee grinder, and popcorn popper. The living rooms has seating for 6 around a large screen smart tv that is equipped with google cast, so cast your favorite shows, movies or music from your phone, and use netflix equipped on the tv or available cable. Or sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. On the third floor your will find Guest Room 1, equipped with a full size bed, large closet, and in-suite bathroom with a tub for soaking after a long day of fun. The master bedroom is also on the third floor and is equipped with a queen bed, large walk-in closet, and in-suite master bathroom with shower. Front loading washers are also conveniently located on the third floor.
