Our home is on a three acre lot with large yard for play and outside fun. The Bay Pointe golf course is immediately across the road.
The main floor boasts a living room with Wifi and cable TV and sleeper sofa, dining room, library with futon for first floor sleeping, beautiful eat in gourmet kitchen with all the modern amenities, 3/4 bath and laundry room. From the first floor, there's access to the in ground saltwater pool, grill and outdoor furniture in the beautifully landscaped fenced in yard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and 2 baths. The first room has a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full. The second room has a full bed and ceiling fan. The spacious master bedroom has a private balcony with views of the yard, pool and ocean! Relax and start your day with a coffee and the view of the Cape Cod Canal. Jacuzzi tub upstairs. The master has a queen bed and sitting area. The bathroom off the master is a 3/4 bath with a shower.
