"Summer Breeze" is a safe Beachfront Cul de sac home. Walk downstairs and right out to the Beach. Beautiful ocean views. This Comfortable-Casual Beach home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths with large open kitchen, dining, living common area. Large master with private sun deck upstairs. Second semi-master which also has direct deck access and the third Bedroom bunk room are on the first floor with common areas.
Quite non driving section of beach. You can set up with your canopy or your umbrella and leave there for the day with your beach gear and just go back and forth from home to beach. . We do not supply beach towels so please bring yours. (Please don't use bath towels at beach) Home has strong WIFI. We provide initial supply of paper products , soaps etc which many rentals do not do. There is also a washer & dryer just off the kitchen which guests can use if needed.
Summer Breeze is a short 12 miles from the Seawall and all the activities if you want to join the crowds or go in town for dinner but is just far enough out to be peaceful and quite. The best of both worlds.
No parties or group events. This is a quite family neighborhood. No more than 8 total Adults and Children to stay here.
This is a no pets / no smoking rental (see lease agreement for further details)
Check in is at 4pm and check out is promptly 10am. If available we offer early or late check in/outs for 50.00 . Message me for availability for your stay.
