Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We were able to get used to the trains going by every 2 hours 24/7. It’s not the trains that bother you…it’s the engineer blowing the horn. Sometimes you think his/her ex lives in the neighborhood. Rumor has it the city is going to make the area a quiet zone w/inthe next 12 months…no more horns! The place itself looks bad on the out side, but is a little gem in the interior. The office and wi-fi worked very well for me as I was on a working vacation. It is a prime location and the view is 5 star. The AC is only in the bedroom…if you are there during warm weather, it will be very warm in the afternoon and early evening hours. Sarah was great; she lives on the property and helps when asked. There are stairs…6 stairs to get to the building and another 13 to get to the apt. A little rickety, so be mindful. We stayed for 30+ days and enjoyed ourselves very much.
