Guests will have a private studio with a bathroom. The front and backyards, garden, and jacuzzi are shared with other guests staying at the additional rentals (Tango House and Artist’s Cottage). Please note that there is a private outdoor space reserved exclusively for Tango House guests.

Starter kit is provided to start your stay. Guests are responsible for additional items during longer stays.
FIER PIT:
The fire pit is used at your own risk, and you must assume liability. Cover must be placed back after every use, and the propane tank must be turned off.
GARBAGE:
Garbage bins are located in the back alley behind the rear cottage.
PARKING:
Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the gate.
PARTIES AND EVENTS:
Parties are not permitted unless by prior request and approval.
