The building is a small, quiet, secure residential complex with free on-site parking, and I've never had a guest issue in 4 years of hosting. Like anywhere, use normal city common sense with valuables. Guests who book the west side deliberately tend to say it was the best decision of their trip ✧ several of my reviewers have.

Afternoon on the beach with the chairs and umbrella we provide. Late afternoon, fire up the BBQ or head to Beach House by 604 for sunset drinks. Come home, turn on the Hue lights, put on some music through the Sonos, and watch the stars from the lanai. Fall asleep in the California King with the BedJet set to your perfect temperature and the sound of waves outside.
