Beautifully renovated 3 bed, two bath, sleeps 8. This beach house is adorable with a lot of attention to details. Every bedroom has it own flatscreen TV, cozy and comfortable bedding and linens. Brand new updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has a beautiful banquet seating for 5 or more with additional seating at the kitchen island for 3 more. Fully equipped kitchen with just about everything you can think of. Ladies, there is a desk/vanity with 2 extra magnifying mirrors that light up in the living room so you can get all dolled up. Living room has a new sectional sofa, comfortable over sized wicker chair and a 55” screen TV. The backyard is fully enclosed with brand new 8 foot PVC fence for privacy. The backyard is also equipped with a new barbecue grill and table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a sectional couch along with 6 Adirondack chairs that fit nicely around the gas fire pit. For your convenience there are beach chairs, beach towels and a backpack cooler to take to the beach. The town of Delray offers transport via a golf cart through an app called FREEBEE that you can download very easily. It will take you to the beach, famous Atlantic Avenue for shopping and dining and of course all the great happy hours. So there’s no reason to drive anywhere. Just relax, enjoy the sunshine, eat, drink, and be merry!
