My Condo in University Park is centrally located - offering close proximity to downtown Dallas, top medical facilities, major freeways and numerous attractions. Situated directly across the street from Southern Methodist University on Daniel Avenue - no vehicle is needed to enjoy a stroll through campus or to visit wonderful restaurants and boutique shopping in Snider Plaza.
We offer a 25% discount on stays of 28 consecutive nights or more! A spacious and inviting living area includes comfortable seating, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen. The condo features two bedrooms - each with a large walk-in closet and two full bathrooms. A full-size washer and dryer are included.
My condo is on the second floor with stairway access to the front door. There are no steps inside this unit - all on one level. This is a very small 2-story complex of only 5 units.
We take pride in keeping our condo very clean! Now, in light of the current coronavirus concerns we are taking extra precautions. When all surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned, antibacterial wipes are now used to provide added sanitation.
We have never allowed pets or smoking. Recently, we purchased a Germ Guardian True HEPA Filter Air Purifier to be used during your stay.
Each of the 5 Condo units in this building has a designated parking space located behind the building. There is one additional space for Condo Building residents & guests - available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are also two public, parallel parking spaces in front of the building.
