Interaction:
As your host, I'll be available from 08:00-22:00 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Please keep in mind that we are not a hotel
Neighbourhood:
A quiet, private spot that feels removed, but is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
Take a lovely walk on the beach to the east or go west for a stroll near the Intracoastal and stop by Sailfish Marina for a drink at the Tiki or dinner with beautiful sunsets.
Also for another lovely walk near the water and to see the inlet there is a paved brick walkway form the town fountain on Bamboo Road to the inlet. The northwest corner of the Cannonsport Marina on Lake Drive has a viewing area to watch the boats and sunsets.
Access:
The guest has access to the entire apartment and courtyard.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same day bookings, 1 night reservation, local guests and more than 28 nights reservations.
*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
The space
A fully-fenced private yard with beautiful tropical plants surrounds a patio with outdoor seating. Cafe lights line the fence, creating the perfect ambiance for enjoying a sunset cocktail. The interior was entirely remodeled recently with modern beach decor. Plank floors, hand-painted furniture, glass tile, new furniture, beds and linens, and a light color scheme that creates a clean and comfortable vacation space . There is also a hammock in the shared courtyard, along with a charcoal and gas grill.
Guest access
The guest(s) has access to the entire property. The courtyard is a shared space.
Other things to note
High chair and pack n play are available by request only.
No Pets allowed.
No Parties.
No smoking.
Guests are not allowed to receive any mail or packages.
**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.
House Manual:
You can park in parking spot #2.
They're numbered so please be sure to park in the designated spot! There will be a $150 fine if parking pass is not returned.

Garbage pick-up is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Garbage is guests responsibility and should be put out ONLY on garbage pick up day before 7 am or the night prior.
