With ample parking for guests and trailers, including a large RV parking spot with full hook up, you can invite your friends and family to join you for a memorable lakeside vacation.
During the winter lake levels do lower but we have year round water access from the dock.
Levels depend on amount of rainfall and output of the dam.
King Bedroom #1 - Main floor, master suite with walk in shower.
King Bedroom #2- Upstairs on the second floor of the home, located next to a full bathroom, home office, and a loft for a quick workout if you choose.
Queen Bedroom - Basement level attached to a full bathroom with spacious amount of room, and access to the lower level deck through French doors in the bedroom.
Bunk Room (4 queens) - Custom built QUEEN over QUEEN bunks with stairs in between. NO LADDERS! These were built to ensure safety and sleeping for children along with ADULTS.
Open the beautiful GLASS garage door to the patio deck and driveway to play some corn hole or to take in the mix of mountain and lake air.
The house is located only 4 minutes off of I-75, making it convenient to reach and providing easy access to nearby attractions.

Minutes to all amenities in town along with only 30 minutes to Downtown Knoxville. Perfect location for boating, or hitting some of your favorite off-road trails.
Ride Royal Blue and Sunquist ATV/UTV Trails are minutes away and can be reached from the house without trailering. Multiple Trail Access points.
Other Things to Note:
Please refer to your guidebook inside our home that lists all attractions with distances by boat and land. Once you leave our home and entered onto the water, cell signal is very spotty. So take pictures of the handbook.
