Our spacious Mediterranean "Spanish" Villa will provide you with 1.2 acres of seclusion and privacy in Jupiter Farms. The property is surrounded by a lush tropical landscape providing you with a relaxing atmosphere away from your home. We are located just 10 miles north of Palm Beach Gardens, providing you easy access to all the popular attractions in the area for you to enjoy during your stay.

Vacation like a king! This Mediterranean-style Spanish Villa is situated on 1.2 acres tucked away in Jupiter Farms. Home to Burt Reynolds, and his Bandits movies. This acreage has beautiful lush tropical landscaping throughout the property. Driveway is lined with Royal palms and Songs of India. With 8 total Malaysian coconut trees, all nut-bearing, bougainvillea's, and birds of paradise around the pool area. The outdoor features of the pool include a waterfall-style pool, a heated- jet-propelled Jacuzzi spa, covered lanai, and barbeque. Eight-seat patio table, and separate patio living room set for relaxing. Coffee table w 2 end tables. 48" TV, (including all sports channels, fights, premium movies, Netflix, live TV, etc.) A separate large table for coconut painting or for parties with an assortment of pool toys, for the children or young at heart.
ONCE INSIDE
The upstairs portion of the house contains 4 bedrooms. ALL are QUEEN size with the exception of the MASTER which is a KING. All with ceiling fans, dresser, closet, carpet, and TV. The master bedroom is a carpeted suite as well, with a walk-in closet. Windows that overlook the pool/spa area. A beautiful 42" Samsung is tucked away inside the amour for your enjoyment. The master bath space has separate his/her sink areas. With a jacuzzi tub in the center. The water room is a separate enclosed space across from the glass shower. Also, upstairs is another full bathroom. Double sink cabinet. Shower and tub, with a separate closet for towels and personal storage of products.
DOWNSTAIRS
Full bathroom downstairs right off the pool for your convenience. Just past the bathroom is our 5th bedroom. QUEEN size bed, a closet for storage, and dresser with mirror. Window view to the lush landscape outside. There is a large formal living room with a queen-size pull-out couch. That brings a total of sleeping accommodations to 12 people. We do have several air mattresses available. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, separate stovetop area, microwave, toaster, blender, etc. Platters, large glass bowls, and baking equipment. Granite countertops, prep island, cherry cabinets completely equipped with full appliances and all utensils, assorted spices, and chinaware ready for your enjoyment. There is also a formal dining room. The house is fully stocked with all linens for your use. The large family room, just off the pool has a 48-inch flat-screen. (Every channel imaginable) Also, off the family room is the laundry room. Equipped with washer, dryer, counter for folding clothes, and a large farm-style utility sink.
Double car garage for a total of three-car garages available as well as additional driveway for an RV, boat or other needs.

Every type of soap you could possibly need. Dishwasher, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo n conditioner, soap at every sink! Starter paper towels and toilet paper, until you are able to shop.
BEACH EQUIPMENT
Umbrella, 2 chairs, cooler, blanket, beach towels, clam/shell shovel, frisbee/football. Assorted children buckets and shovels.
DECISION TIME
Just do it! The activities are endless. From beach activities, Jupiter offers some of the best and most exciting beaches and fishing in Florida. Loggerhead Marine Institute is nearby. This sea turtle rehab facility is free and open to the public. Come watch the turtles lay their eggs at night or the hatching head out the sea in the morning. There are just too many parks to name, but here are some of our favorite: Roger Dean Baseball Stadium, the Rapids Water Park, Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Jupiter Lighthouse and tour, Dubious Park, Carlin Park, Juno fishing pier, MacArthur Park. In our own backyard, we have a newly discovered battleground from the Seminole Wars called Riverbend Battleground Park. We just call it Riverbend. Such beautiful hiking trails of an untouched old Florida, like no other. Plenty of wildlife; deer, peacocks, rabbits, wading birds, raccoons, etc. An occasional gator or two. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is right down the road and free to the public. Shoot on over to Love Street for kayak, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals. Need a vessel. Jupiter Marina rents a boat for half or full days and ski on the Intracoastal or just cruise the waterway and stop at any restaurant along the way. Snorkeling for sure. If Diving is your passion, Jupiter Dive Center offers one of the best diving sites in Florida with a huge reef right off the Jupiter inlet. Don't forget Jupiter Lighthouse which offers tours to the top (Dubois Park). Dubois is great for families. There's a lagoon for small children, lifeguards, bathrooms, and water then opens into the inlet for family snorkeling. There is Blowing Rocks just to the north on Jupiter Island. And yes, they do blow at high tide.
Harborside Village due east of the house is a beautiful shopping complex of boutiques and Tiger Woods restaurant. They have an outdoor amphitheater with a full schedule of free events. And last Guanabana Restaurant is an absolute must. Each table is under a tiki hut. Full bar, extra seating along the dock that lines the Intracoastal. Simply stunning at sunset.
AREA
The next town south is Palm Beach Gardens. Known for its malls, shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Downtown West Palm Beach has its famous Clematis Street, just 5 minutes from the airport. Boutiques from around the world. Clematis also has water fountains for the children to play in. Plan to spend the day wandering the streets and coffee shops. Palm Beach Convention Center is right there as well as the famous Kravis Center. Golf courses; well, you all, know where they are!

Once you arrive, with the full support of Spiros, you are treated like an old friend, perhaps.. family. All the neighbors wave and are friendly. Often pausing to ask if you're enjoying your stay. I will assist you and your guests with all aspects of the house and beyond. Once you check-in you are not forgotten about. We want to make sure every area of the house and its amenities are able to be utilized by all in your party. Also, for trusting Jupiter Holidays for your vacation, I will make you key limes pies usually I deliver the night before check out. You must bring your camera, stop on over at my house and let the children take a ride on Speedy. She's a 200 lb African sulcata tortoise. A full hands-on experience by all. feed and ride, oh and she enjoys a good neck scratching too. Jupiter is just too beautiful to pass up.
