Not to mention in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our garden home is located minutes from TTU, LCU, UMC, Covenant and Downtown Lubbock. Along with some of Lubbock's finest dining and entertainment.
The space
Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a large shower and a walk-in-closet. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a large walk-in-closet with a full bathroom steps outside of the room.
Off of the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room offering an in house washer and dryer.
The kitchen offers a full refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, sink and dishwasher. Along with pots, pans, utensils (cooking and eating), dishes and drinkware.
Each room has a large Smart TV. The "listening room" has a functioning 1970's record player, radio and 8-track tape deck!
