This historic-style home is located on a quiet street right next to a nature reserve. You are just a short drive to the beach and close to must-visit attractions, including Roanoke Island Festival Park, North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, Roanoke Island Dog Park, Jennette's Pier, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and Bodie Island Lighthouse.
As soon as you enter this custom-built home, you will find nothing but quality and elegance blended together, offering a memorable home away from home. The first floor boasts 10-foot ceilings and a spacious living room, a formal dining room with beautiful crown molding and millwork, and a well-appointed kitchen. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room as you watch a fun show, movie, or sports game on the smart TV with streaming services. A fireplace is in charge to keep you nice and toasty if you are visiting during the winter months. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances.
The second floor has nine-foot ceilings and all three bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and the primary suite enjoys an en suite bathroom for added convenience. All bedrooms have access to a covered balcony with seating. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, a changing table and a crib in one of the bedrooms, a desk, and a front porch with seating.
